Af came again today

I had a mmc in April at 9+5 and been trying ever since then to fall preggo again. Af came today and I just feel so miserable, so unhappy. I feel like nobody understands. I think I have a luteal phase defect as af been showing up at around 8/9dpo and that scares me a bit as I know I won't fall preggo until that problem is recitified and I dunno where to start. Anyways, just wanted to vent. xxx

So sorry Hun, I know that feeling. It's horrible because you know you've got another few weeks ahead of you and you feel defeated. With my last AF I just cried. I was having pregnancy symptoms and I was 3 days late, I just felt so hopeless. We've just got to pick ourselves up and try again and try to stay strong.
I don't know much about literal phases, have you spoken to a doctor about it? Big hugs xx

I'm sorry for your losses Dollybird. I know how hard it is, and when AF shows it is just such a miserable time. I hope that you get some answers soon and that you get your rainbow soon

Thanks ladies. I thought a lot about it yesterday I guess it kinda consumed my day a bit. I know I could go to the doctor and get day21 bloods done, but after a look online it seems that it's highly possible the short luteal phase is downto stress. So I've decided no more opks- gonna ntnp till December and join gym eat healthy etc. if I'm not preggo by January then I'll go to doctors then. Hopefully it will sort itself out. Still feel crap though. I had made a place in my life for that little baby, made plans, and here I am 5 months down the road with nothing. It's sad. I've been Ttc properly since January.. Didn't realise it had been 9 months Ttc.
