Af came last night

I wasn't even half way finished with the Provera pills that the doctor presribed but lo and behold... AF showed up last night!!! I've never been more excited to see the ugly !
Just waiting on my doctor to call me back and then he will be calling me in a prescription for my first round of clomid.

So... since I first saw the spotting last night around 10.. does that mean that I'm on CD1 or CD2?

Hey Im not sure as I am just starting on Clomid this month aswell, I didnt want to read and run i will keep up to date how you get on so I know what to do when I get it.

CD1 is the first day of full red flow, so definitely not yesterday. I hope that helps.

Thanks ladies! I got off the phone with my doctor and he ordered me to take 50mg of Clomid CD3 - CD12 !? Has anyone heard of that? 10 days of clomid?

I've never heard of 10 days of clomid!
This is my 2nd cycle of clomid and only had 5 days of it. I thought clomid was given for only 5 days.

Thanks! I have an appt on the 20th to check my follicles and tubes and such. I am just going to do as he ordered, but definitely am going to have a talk with him when I go in on the 20th.

Sarah! I posted in the other thread earlier this week and it looks like we're on the same schedule! AF started for me today, so it's CD1 for me too! Here's hoping this is a lucky cycle for both of us

I have to go in on Sunday for blood work after fasting, then I have my appointment with the doctor on Monday...I'm assuming they'll write the script for Clomid on Sunday? We'll see.

I go for my ultrasound on monday to check my follicles. I'm hoping all is going good with my baby making machine! They said they will give me a shot of something if needed to increase my chances...i'm not sure what that is. I'm kind of uncomfortable with that idea. I will do it for this cycle if needed. I feel like I was thrown into something i'm not ready for or know anything about! My own fault I guess.

Oh that's exciting! And if you get to start your clomid on Sunday then we will be exactly in sync! We will have to symptom spot together

Hey I actually spotted tonight! CD 85! Hoping tomorrow its full force. Going to properly temp now, and take preseed everytime we BD.

Day one taking my Clomid! I didn't really experience any side effects today... I felt a little hot about an hour after I took it, but... it was also about 90 degrees today and I think I was just expecting a side effect so I imagined one up!
I hope these super pills do the trick. I don't want to be anticipating a BFP this month because I don't want to be let down if it doesn't happen.... but fingers are crossed!!

I got my Rx today, with instructions to take it 'til CD8. I opened it as soon as I got in the car at the pharmacy and took my first dose before I left the parking lot...haha.

I know I can't be too excited because it certainly isn't a guarantee...but I can't help it!! I feel like this is our first month in almost a year that we actually have a chance, and no matter what happens, I'm really happy right now at just the possibility of a BFP!

Oh, while I waited to get the Rx filled I saw PreSeed and decided to go ahead and get that too.

Fingers crossed for both of us, and I hope you stay side-effect-free!

haha I was the same way! I was going to wait and take my dose at night since everyone said that you avoid a lot of the side effects that way, but I just couldn't wait! I took it first thing in the morning on day 3! haha.
