Well my cycles are 28 days long last month my cycle was 32 days so do I count ovulation day 14 days from CD1 or go by fertility friend? I don't temp or anything I'm NTNP really x
Normally you count your cycles days starting from the first day of AF regardless of any month to month fluctuations of cycle length hun. You said your not charting but still using FF?
I'm not doing temp I'm just keeping an eye on CM. I know to count day of AF day 1 but don't know when to expect ovulation. I'm using an app called my days it's like FF x
