Ok, here is some quick background. TTC since Oct 2015 and diagnosed PCOS earlier this month. My cycles have been getting more weird as i go along. Usually my AF duration is 5 days. Last month I had spotting for 4 days before AF eventually showed up (then she only stayed for 3 days). On CD16 my OPK tested positive but blood works showed that I didn't in fact ovulate (hence the PCOS diagnosis). I then started spotting this month at CD29 for 3 days. AF showed then on Sunday with cramps, bloatedness, you name it so I started counting that as CD1. But since CD2 it has become so super light that I don't even need to use anything - basically become spotting again. So did my official period then only last 1 day? Or do I continue counting these days where there is only the lightests of pink on toilet paper? I must mention on Saturday I got a false positive pregnancy test but all other tests I took the same day (x3)and the next (x1) said negative so I think it was a faulty test, specially when AF came the next day.

What is going on with AF?! I am suppose to start Clomid 50mg for the first time CD5-9 which is Thursday. I guess I am going to go ahead with that and hope that Clomid will sort it out. Has anyone else had similar problems or has opinions?

Hey Aphy, from what I've read it is really really rare to get a false positive. Maybe that one test was just more sensitive than the others and this is actual an implantation bleed? Could you ask the doctor for a blood test today and then hopefully have the results by Thursday so you'll at least know for sure if youre preggers or not? Im not sure what happens if you take Clomid and are in fact pregnant. Thats what I would do. Good luck!!

Just spoke to Doc. I am going for the blood test now then will hopefully have results within a few hours. If negative, then I start clomid as planned on Thursday
