AF due on July 30th 2011 - 4 DPO today

My OPK was negative on CD 12 am, and then Positive on CD 12 PM, then Positive on CD 13 AM and Negative on CD 14 AM. On CD 13 I had very fertile CM and my BBT dropped about .5 degrees below pre-ovulation temperature. BBT went back up on CD 14 to about .3 degrees above pre-ovulatory and has stayed that way. I am assuming based on the OPKs, the CM and BBT that I ovulated sometime between CD 13 and CD 14. We BD on CD 10 (9PM), CD 13 (5:30AM), CD 14 (5:30AM), CD 15 (8PM).
I am 4 DPO today and have mild period like lower back pain and some twinge in my lower abdomen. Any company?
