AF early only 10 DPO

Today I was classed as 10 DPO and I woke to find AF had arrived 4 days early. I am just concerned as I have not been early ever in the last 5 years...and also because it means my luteal phase was only recorded as being 9 days long which I have heard anything under 10 is bad. Anyone with any advice??? my cycles are usually longer but my luteal phases always seem to be around 9 or 10 days??? is this bad?

I have the same problem but I was on birth control so I'm pretty sure that's why. You could have low progesterone. You should to to the doctors if it doesn't get longer. B6 in a vitamin B complex is supposed to help, but it didn't for me.

It could also be completely normal for you and you won't have any issues. There are people with luteal phases that length that have gotten pregnant.

Vit B6 and B complex worked for me - I got my LP from 9 to 13 days, but I kept having to increase the dose and I still didn't get a bfp, so I quit. I think it probably had a lasting benefit in regulating my hormones though, as my LP has not been so bad since I stopped. A short LP can make it more difficult to get pregnant, but it doesn't mean you can't. Talk to your doc xxx
