af like cramps, 4weeks pregnant

Hi ladies,

so from noon I'm having af like cramps and now in night they are like constant.
moderate af pain with some back ache.
this will be my first pregnancy, so don't know anything.
need your help !!

Hi there. Totally normal in my experience! If you search posts under my name you'll find very similar threads! I'm 9 + 4 now and the cramps calmed down about week 6 xx

Totally normal, don't worry unless accompanied with bleeding. And honestly even bleeding can be okay. Early pregnancy is so hard on your body! Also in my experience the first pregnancy has a ton more cramping. Good luck and congrats

Felt this for a few weeks during early pregnancy. I would constantly be going to the washroom to check for blood but there never was. Just try to drink lots of water and relax. So far, the beginning has been the worst for me. It'll get better!

Totally normal hun, I've had them in both pregnancies during the first few weeks. It seems to be quite common x

I had Af type cramps from 4 weeks to 9wkS on. It was definitely scary!
