AF or not?

Hi Ladies, I had my MC on 05th June this year, on Thursday 8th july, 34 days after MC, i had alot of AF type cramps and thought i was taking my period, had very slight brown cm for one day and then nothing, and now - 40 days after MC still nothing. Tests done last week were BFN and before my MC I was ALWAYS regular with cycles ranging between 28-31 days. Im going out of my mind and my (.Y.) are so sore and ive been getting alot of twinges like I did when i was pregnant the first time but negative tests?

Can anyone shed any light on this for me? I'm in Limbo

Only thing I can suggest is you try testing again this week & if still BFN then go see your doc FX'd everything OK for you
