Hi a will apologise in advance for the (TMI).

I have just got my first AF i was just wondering if its best to wear a pad rather then tampax?

does it get lots of clots as i haven't had one for so long? and is it heavy?

Mine was the opposite to Mervs Mum, it was horrendous - really painful, heavy and knocked the stuffing out of me. There would've been no way a tampon would've coped (sorry TMI) See how it goes though, I had one at 9 weeks, you might be ok because your LO is 5 months.

I started mine this morning my first proper one since after having Olivia.She is now 7 and a half months i had light spotting for abut 2 days last month and now im now back to normalI found it is as much as it was before i had her but less painful.Im sticking to wearing pads as its my first one since having had her but its up to you
