Afraid to do much

Is anyone else afraid to do much? I get crampy when I'm on my feet too long so I've been hanging out in bed for the past couple days? :shrug:

I have to admit Im getting kind of restless!!! lol!
 
Exercise is good...Get out n enjoy your pregnancy unless dr says no...:hug:
 
I've not been doing much either but only because I've been too :sick: to get out of bed.
 
yeah I am scared too...hoping I'll pull myself out of it at 12 weeks!
 
I feel like I just need to get through 8 weeks sucessfully....
It doesnt help that Im queasy all day :wacko:
Its a great excuse to lay in bed and watch X File re-runs :winkwink:
 
I'm the same way. I am determined not to let myself go during pregnancy, but this week the two times I have gotten on my treadmill I started having cramps, even just walking. Slowly. I was sure to keep my heart rate down and everything. It scared me pretty bad, so I have decided I'm going to wait until I know everything is ok and get the ok from my doctor before I start trying to exercise again.
 
Before I found out I was pregnant I was on an exercise high, I desperately needed to lose weight and i've always loved the gym so I got OH to join with me and we were going most days, gym swim and squash. I was loving it.. but soon got dizzy playing squash and had to sit out, then I found out I was pregnant.. I've been too scared to play ever since. I have been waiting for the 12 week mark to start back so I think I'm going to start back at the gym tomorrow, nice and easy session and maybe an hour swimming.. I NEED to exercise!!
 
I think thats what Im going to do too! Take it easy the first trimester and go from there! If these is anything like my previous pregnancies Im going to laid out sick for a long time :sick:
