After 24m and 2 rounds of Clomid BFP!

I have had my BFP today after two years of trying
I am trying to get myself not too overexcited but I really am!!!! yay!!

I am having some weird cramping and shoulder pain so I dont know if its paranoia but I will be going to the docs tomorrow to check everyting is ok and nothing is ectopic
