was just looking at all the positives of taking agnus cactus
if your having regular cycles ,is there any point taking this?
what does this herb actually do?
sort your cycle length? or kick start ovulation?
if your having regular cycles does that indicate your ovulating?

I used Agnus Castus a looong time ago, when I was TTC my younger DD. My problem at the time was that I had very long cycles pre-O but then a LP of only 9 days. It worked great for me, but I only used it for one cycle.

My understanding is that it evens out hormone balance so that the hormones work more smoothly together. I've always had difficulties with Progesterone imbalance so this was exactly what I needed. I'm not sure how much use the supplement would be if your hormones already balanced the way they should.
