Agnus Castus

Has anyone here had sucess using Agnus Castus to help them regulate their cycles??

Well my cycles were getting longer with every cycle, then I started using AC and my cycle went from 64 days to 41 just hope it goes down again this cycle!

I was just wondering if it may be worth trying if my cycles dont settle down quickly s I've only recently come off BCP...

I hadnt seen the since January 08 so i started taking Agnus Castus in May 08, 7 days later the came, June 08 no then a nice healthy cycle in July 08 and from the 1 good cycle in 7 months i got my
I also took Dong Quai and ASDAs Pregnancy vitamins.
