agnus castus?

hello ladies!

i was just wondering whether any of you have experience with pcos and taking agnus castus? i have heard a few different things, and would like to hear what you think? did any of you find that it helped you ovulate or regulate your cycles? also, what kind of doses are you taking, and for how long? do you take it everyday or only for part of your cycle?

any input would be lovely! x

Just found this. I know it was posted a long time ago but i am in same boat now. Trying AC to regain menstrual cycles after realising i have pcos.

Wondered how you got on with it?

I did 4 x 400mg and it didn't help after 5 months but have heard others have great success xx worth a try. I got mine from holland and Barrett xx

I took it for a few months up until ovulation - two capsules a day. It helped regulate my cycles and made me ovulate earlier. I have just started clomid but if that doesn't work I would go back to AC.
