All pregnancies different dpo for BFP? Confused

So I am 10/11 DPO (CD24) and getting all BFN’s on a 26-28 day cycle with positive OPK at CD13. My first pregnancy I got a BFP at 9DPO and my second pregnancy was a surprise and twins. I didn’t test until I was 2 days late after that 28day mark and it was a strong BFP so I’m sure I would have gotten an early result with them too. Because of this if I have a bfn around 11dpo I know I’m out. Did you guys have bfp’s around the same dpo with each pregnancy?

With my first I got a BFP at 12 dpo and with my second pregnancy I got a BFP at 10 dpo.

I didn't track with my first.

With my second I got my BFP at 7 DPO. & with my third baby it was 8 DPO.

Wow you must have strong hormones. Mine are not that strong. In fact none of the women in my family were able to get bfp on hpt until 5-7 weeks pregnant.

I got a negative with DS the night of 8dpo, and a positive the morning of 9dpo. I don't recall how far along I was when I got a BFP with one of my angels in December of 2014 -- I wasn't using FF to track at that point. But I'm fairly confident it was before 10dpo. I typically get early positives.
