So my son is 20 months and I am still over my pre-preggo weight by 18 pounds. And I can feel it and see it! I'm trying to do this "eating clean" thing, but it's so hard. Recently I've really been adamant about not eating out, and I've seen a little drop (about 2-3 pounds). Hopefully, that will work. I'm so fed up with this extra weight! I want to fit into my old clothes again. Not to mention I don't want to try for a 2nd child until I lose this wt.

P.S
Breastfeeding weight loss is a lie ;) I didn't lose a pound!

Im over 4 years PP and still carrying the weight! Ive just started healthy eating and im using My Fitness Pal to help me watch what im eating. You just need a set of scales and you will see exactly what you are having as it calculates all of the calories for you. I really recommend it! Ive previously tried eating healthy food but i didnt realize how much i was over eating.

Hi Mabh, if you're looking for a buddy to help lose weight with Im with you. My son is approaching a year & I havent lost a lb. im bfeeding but also eating too much as it helps get thru day (im still up 2-4 times a night). But Im begining to feel really rubbish with the extra weight. Im currently 14 st / 90kilo but in danger of putting weight on! Im thinking if getting a fit bit.
My main problem is choc & snacks. But I really need to do this, for myself & my LO.
Good luck.

haha yes the breastfeeding myth didn't help me either .. I gained weight !!! Eating to up my milk constantly ............. LO has just stopped so no excuses now!!

I have 14lbs to lose before I want to start ttc, I am very fit exercise most days, running & bootcamp ... I just can't seem to zip my mouth up!!

I am currently on a "clean eating" 19 days before my first night out since dd was born ... really want 7lb off. Aiming to cut the bread/carbs/crisps/chocolate .. bread being the hardest to cut out.

Trying to keep my head motivated & not let sleepless nights/stress from work send me straight to the chocolate!! Good luck x

Hi ladies, can I join? I've got 20 pounds to get to pre-baby weight but would really like to lose 30 pounds. I'm sick of buying larger size clothes every 6 months and need to nip this weight issue in the bud! My DD is 20 months and while I did have to spend the last 20 months holding her in my lazy boy (so I know exactly how I got where I am today), I need to stop this! I may have to get this fitness pal to start with!
