so im alone parenting alone for the first time. my daughter is a year and my son is a month and a have they are not even a year apart.daughter born may 19 son born the next year on may 3rd.im exhusted between the two

It does get easier I have 14 months between mine and im often knackered but you do get used to it.

It's hard work isn't it with just one! let alone two. You are doing a great job! I am learning fast about being knackered but trying to take it in my stride. My LO was born on may 15th and it's flown by. I look at his little face and it's all worth it. Wouldn't turn back the clock at all as I wouldn't have him if I hadn't gone through FOB leaving etc :)

It's so difficult, there's 3 yrs between mine.
Corey still doesn't sleep thru and Zane is constantly testing me, I am a walking zombie.
Don't u have anyone that can help, give u a break like FOB?

We normally manage 3 or 4 at the best. Not great for a nearly 18 monther (although it is due to his reflux poor mite)

I think my eldest was about 14 months before proper sleeping through

It is tough and it can be very hard to maintain your sanity at times but it does get easier and you get better as well at becoming more efficient at what you do, which means you use less energy etc but it is important to try and get a balance between your childrens needs and your own needs

I am learning about exhaustion! My daughter is 3 (3 years 3 months) and my son is 18 weeks! I had a perfect 7:15pm - 7:30am sleeper. Now I have a baby who sleeps through one night and three hour bursts the next! My body doesn't remember how to sleep! Being a single parent is hard but I have learnt it is also the most rewarding job on the planet!
