AF was due yesterday. Weird cramps last night and this morning it feels like I did one million sit-ups yesterday. BFN yesterday morning. Thoughts? Am I just a nut case?

Hey Fellowes, definitely not a nut case xx When you say cramps like you've done a million sit ups, do you mean therefore that you aren't cramping like you feel when AF is there, but more muscle sore?

Maybe wait a couple more days and if AF doesn't show, do another early hpt?

Def not crazy though. I feel like I'm going round the bend too with how fat I feel and crampy too.

It feels different from AF cramps. Usually the cramps start and within seconds AF starts. I think I'm over analyzing!

Fellows! That weird ab soreness is what I felt too. I thought the new pilates instructor I saw was more intense than expected, but when it was sore even days later, I thought something might be up. The soreness (for me) was from my belly button and lower and really only when I contracted and leaned back/arched my back.

Ah, that would give me hope prachipie except for the fact that I got a bfn the day AF was due! I will test again tomorrow morn if it doesn't come. Do you have any other symptoms? Hope you are feeling well!
