So i currently have a 1541 bmr and do moderate exercise 3 days a week. Im eating 1500 calsaday....is this right? Should i lose weight doing this?
 
i'm personally not a fan of counting calories. yes you loose weight....yes you hear all these success stories.... but who has actually kept the weight off? not many. do you know why? because when you limit your body of calories it starts to adjust and adapt to your calorie restrictions.

focus on quality food instead of just counting calories. 100 calories of an apple is much different than 100 calories of potato chips.

think about eatting what you body wants and will in turn reward you by shedding pounds. veggies, fruit, and water!
