Am I going to get food poisoning???

Random question but I HATE being sick so I'm a bit paranoid. Just had a freezer tea tonight and ate a tesco lasagne, that I bought fresh and chilled and then I froze at home. I thought it tastes a bit funny so checked the box and it said to use within one month when freezing...... It's been in my freezer since may- now I feel sick but I think it's because I'm telling myself I feel sick because I know I've eaten out of date food?

Things from the freezer (as long as they stay frozen and not thawed/ refrozen) cannot make you sick. The only thing that may happen is the taste may be slightly off. Don't worry about it.
