Am I leaking fluid at 21+5?

could be discharge hun, apparently pregnancy increases it and makes it more watery, ive not actually had it myself.

Ive heard people say put a pad on for an hour or so, waters smell sweet xx

I've been to the hospital twice for this, but I am no expert!
I was told to put a pad on, like Fay said your waters smell sweet & it is discharge/wee it will smell bitter.
Try sitting on the toilet and not peeing, if you hear dripping then it could be your waters.
What colour is it?

I am 32 weeks and I hate to admit that I leak pee sometimes, lol, usually happens right after I go to the toilet, I think LO's position is keeping me from peeing to my full potential, lmaa. Could it be that?

My guess is that it's just a bit of extra discharge, could be just due to pregnancy, or you may have an infection (thrush, UTI etc)

Can you get hold of your MW or call NHS direct to see what they suggest?

id phone first thing in morning to be on safe side, i lost my daughter in 2008 at 21+3 and with my son my waters started leaking at 29 weeks so IMO better to be safe than sorry and get checked. Hope everythings ok x

I just experienced this yesterday as well. In fact, it was so much it dripped down my leg a bit (gross, I know lol). I ended up going to Labor and Delivery in absolute tears for them just to tell me 2 hours later that I slightly peed myself due to my LO chillin' on my bladder lol . Lots of luck!

same as the other girls said, it's more likely to be discharge than anything, but give your MW a call to put your mind at ease

I didn't phone as it stopped and its deffo discharge in my pants!
My LO loves to scare me and have lazy days, 2days ago he was hyper now quiet so Im going to down a fizzy drink and see if he will kick me xoxo

Aww, my LO is exactly the same.
I've been up trhe hospital so many bloody times cause of her hehe, I went up the other day for reduced movement and as soon as I was on the montors she started kicking like crazy

ive had this worry the whole time... and last night was last straw as it had increased yet again to the point my knickers were so damp so went up to the hospital... but nope wasnt my waters was just an increase in secreations as they put it... it could be down to thrush so may be worth getting it checked out as that can increase discharge alot x

If it increases I will, but LO is kicking away and I havnt had any more (I leak pee a bit though)
