Am i normal? What is going on? UPDATE AF HAS JUST ARRIVED!

Still no AF for me! It has been 11 weeks since D+C and 4 weeks since my bloods wend down to 33HCG after either a chemical pregnancy (i dont think it is) a BO (in my opinion) or remains from D+C (cant be as i had my bloods traced to normal after D+C) did test on 23rd Feb and got a BFP on FRER, CB digi (said 1-2 wees) and superdrug's own!

So i have not got a clue what is going on.

I have acute pains in my lower abdomen and it hurts now and again to push (not pain like ectopic though). Do you think this could be Ovulation pain or AF coming eventually? I have never had pain with AF before, although last month i had pain but nothing happened!

If it does not come by Monday i will book in with the doctors.

What do you all think could be going on with me?? I am worried now.

AF has this minute arrived and she is here with a vengance. I am so relieved she has decided to turn up.

hey chick sorry you are having a crappy time,
If you are worried then make a doctors appointment for asap and just chat it through with them. Or how about giving them a call and see if you can speak to the doctor over the phone?
I hope things settle down for you soon so that you can start trying again.

hey, it took 6 and a half weeks for my period to come after my levels went to 4 following ectopic. this cycle has been 54 days so far and nothing yet, had very very very light spotting on and off since thursday, i have also had pain on my lower right hand side on and off since levels dropped to 4.......... so, i knows its not a lot of help but maybe a reassurance that it's not abnormal? i'm at the docs tomorrow again to search for some answers so i'll let you know

Oh my... this must be very frightening for you.

If it doesn't resolve itself soon I would definitely call your doctor.

Vickie, sounds like you and I are in a similar state which I find reasssuring as no-one else seems to have pains. I am 6 weeks post DC and when I tested 3 days after was BFN so hormones dropped quite fast. I've been getting terrible bouts of lower abdominal pain since 3 weeks after which I have taken 2 lots of antibiotics for UTI, but are not caused by this now as have had tests which say no infections now. Keep thinking must be AF or maybe pg again, but neither!!! It's so frustrating cos can't just get on with it!

Maybe you should do one of those dating test I have been seeing around. Not sure what they are called as I have always used FREP, when I tested. I hope you find some answers or the witch shows up very soon.

Thanks all. I know shell i thought you were sending her my way!! I spoke with the EPAU about two weeks ago and she said AF will be along shortly! NO sign so i rang them again and they said i wont have AF until levels reach >1! Surely by now it will be below 1 now! It is annoying and i think i will ask for tests or even a shot of depo to bring it on? I am really not sure what to do?

What would you lot do?

So sorry the old bag is messing you about!
As far as "normal" periods go, you can pretty much kiss that goodbye after an ERPC (D&C). My periods although fairly regular are nothing like they were before. Different pains, last longer and consistancy (sorry tmi) is different. I think if she doesn't arrive soon I would see the doc. But if it were me, I think I'd avoid any drugs to make it happen, you never know what effect that'll have on the next one.

Your HCG would have been low enough to ovulate a few weeks ago. You ovulate BEFORE having your period. It's funny how the first day of the cycle is your period when really your period is your body washing the lining and egg out. Your period really is the end.

I don't want to get your hopes up needlessly, but timing is about right that you could be pregnant again.

Take a test, and if that is negative and your period doesn't come by weeks 12, just another week, go in to see the doctor. It can take a while after a miscarriage, but it wouldn't hurt rat week 12 to get checked out.

mine still hasn't come either, went to the doc last thurs,told her about the pains i was having and i'm booked in for some swabs and shes referred me back to hospital for an ultrasound to check theres ' nothing left over or unusual'- i'd do the same if i were you x x x

hi chicken. Like i updated AF came eventually today after well almost 3 months! if not longer depending what you class a month as.

I did not think i would feel like this though. The smell of the blood is bringing back all the hurt after the D+C with the twins. I thought i would be fine but hte pain has come back. Not too bad but seeing the blood (sorry if TMI) has brought back that empty feeling i have inside (even though i have been wishing WITCH would show her UGLY face!) i just wanted my body back for a while......
