Am I not Ovulated this month????? Plz help!!!!

Hi Sweet,
To me it looks like you ovulated either day 15 or 16, I noticed you have a lot of open circles for your temp, and you also have one for today which looks why ovulation hasnt been confirmed by FF, have you been taking your temp at the same time everyday? why do you have lots of open circles as that can affect your chart!

ya i took them at different times as i have diff. work schedules
but everytime after 7 hours of sleep...

Hi Sweet,
That wont work, you have to take you temp at exactly the same time every single day, i have different schedules too, but i just set the alarm for the same time every day, take my temp and just go back to sleep. I know its hard but its the only way to get an accurate chart and correct confirmed ovulation! You could try the looking online for a bbt converter, but I would only recommend it if you slept in one day, dont recommend it for every dayuse.
You do know you also have to take your temp before getting out of bed and moving about! When my alarm goes off, I stick the thermometer straight in my mouth, take my temp and then turn of the alarm.
