Am I ovulating???

I have never ovulated that I know of because I have low progesterone. I have been on vitex for 2 weeks now and I took an opk test.. Is this positive? I'm going to take a clear blue one once I get home to confirm but I'm afraid I'll miss the surge!!!

And is it true that with wondfo strips they are normally the same result dry as wet!!!???

I have never even gotten a line there before, so does this mean within the next couple days I should ovulate and it'll get darker?
