Am I? Please help

Hi ladies

So I had unprotected sex on 5th Oct. honestly can't remember when my last period was.

But around 10th/12th I had a slight tinge of red mixed with cm thought I was coming on, but nothing.

So did a test today oct 21st not sure if I have line eye but if there was a line it's extremely faint. Not sure at all.

Symptoms:
Middle of the night heartburn
Sickness
Headaches
Tired
Loads of cm some tinged slightly yellow, some watery some like snot.
Things smell weird
Cramps

What do we think?
