Am i pregnant

Hi I have had the weirdest month! Firstly my period came on the 4th August 13 it was 2 days early an lasted 3 days was very light which is unusual for me cos mine are usually very heavy lasting for 6-7 days, 1 week after my period ended I had some pink blood on the tissue when I wiped (sorry ttc) and then lots of cramping that week, the cramping stopped and then yesterday at 9dpo I had spotting again.. It only lasted for the day an has now stopped my period isn't due for another week. I'm so confused I took a test an was bfn is my body just having a weird month or am I pregnant! So frustrating
