Am in labour OH MY GOD

It hurts but she is finally on her way, I hope anyway. I am having contractions every 7 min the maternity ward has said try to sleep (really!) then come in when they are every 3. Its been going for nearly 6 hours now tens seems to be helping.
OH is upstairs snoring
