GRITS???

Just watching Diners, Drive ins & Dives & they had Shrimp & Grits x The grits looked like porridge or what we have here called Rice pudding x
So wondered what it was & what does it taste like?? x

Some places here in the Midwest serve them as well. I know some people - like DH - eat theirs with butter. For me, I have to put something sweet (like apple butter) in mine if I really have to eat them. I'm not much of a fan of them.

I love triple D, the food always makes me hungry x Wish we had places like that here x They all seem to make their food from scratch & from their own recipes x
