Hi Everyone.

This will be my last post....
DH and I seperated over the weekend. I told him last week that I wasn't happy woth him and that I was feeling unsupported thru the IVF process. He said he needed time to think. He then told me over the weekend that he didn't feel our marriage was worth fighting for and that he wanted us to split.

I now have to ring the clinic and tell them that we are cancelling the treatment

so sorry to read your post, dont do anything rash just yet, you never know, he may just be stressing and see sense, unless you know otherwise why he does not feel your marriage is worth saving I would say take it one step at a time, trying for a baby be it naturally or with help puts so much pressure on couples... lots of

Hun, we went through IVF and its one of the most trying times for both of you... it indeed put such an immense strain on our relationship what with the worry, the pain and the drugs being pumped into your body.

I´m sure he doesnt mean what he says and in time will calm down... we both said a lot of things we didnt mean and nearly split up as well but we are still here now though after all we have been through, i dont know how!

Dont do anything rash yet and maybe give him some space to think about things.

Like others have said, maybe the pressure of ltttc is taking its toll. could you delay treatment and get some councelling? Relate are supposed to be very good. At least then you can both be sure of what you want, away from all the stresses of fertility treatment.

I know the fertility centre I went to had counselling there for free...are you both able to do that. Like the other ladies have said, perhaps take it one day at a time and see where things are at. Its an incredibly stressful time....dont rush in or out of anything hun. Thinking of you xoxo

AWWW...YOU GUYS SHOULD DEFINETLY GO TO COUNSELING. I am so sad to hear this!! I know how stressful all of this is for the both of you. I had a friend go through IVF and the month after she conceived he left her. It is always better to find out before the baby comes. I don't think your hubby knows what he is missing! I wish you the best!! I will be praying for you and your husband to find your right paths!!

Yesterday I had to call the Clinic to cancel the treatment... I would have started Stimming today

He won't speak to me at the moment and when he does it just about material sh*t like the house and money.

Counselling won't help i'm afraid, but thanks for all your advice.

It's definately over.
