Love this thread. . . You all have great ideas!

there is a little history to this but I want to decorate a McDonald's with pink and blue balloons... (we live in a smallish town so they will likely go along with it) After he gets home from work go under the pretense that I don't feel like cooking and give him a gift -daddy in training t-shirt.

We met at McD's and he also proposed there so I think it would only be fitting. . .

I used to want to fill the house with balloons, hundreds of balloons, because he always told me he doesn't like hints, make obvious statements. but I think i am going to go with the McD's thing. .

My In-laws-- DH wants to say "mom, dad I'm pregnant"
Then he will claim immaculate conception...

My parents - I want to buy a car seat (we don't plan on telling until week 12) and put it in the car. They are into cars big time so I will have them come out and look at the new upgrade to our car. They will get it instantly!

I think about ideas all the time and what I would do... when i finally get my very own BFP...
When my husband proposed to me, he took me on a date that consisted of us doing everything we did on our first date... SO i plan on doing this as well! Take him out for supper, window shop down town, and then a walk by the river with my (our) yellow lab! When we arrive at the location where we had our first kiss (also where he proposed...) I will either just tell him he's gonna be a daddy, or i may use the ring box and have him open it to find a note telling him. I cant wait!!!

Great ideas! With my DD, it was near Christmas so to tell my parents i wrapped a bow around my belly. When I got there I asked where I should put their Christmas present, then I took off my coat so they could see the bow. They loved it!
