Ok so I'm getting pretty annoyed now. Ive been at the same weight for umm 4 weeks now, to the exact! Ahhhhhhhhh!!! And I've not changed anything, I'm still eating well, exercising daily ( level 2 of 30 day shred) I guess my body has become used to it.,!
What's the quickest way to get off a plateau? I don't have much time to do any more exercise, shall I cut back on eating although tbh I only average around 1200 cals a day! So don't want to go lower?
