Annoyed. Bloody plateaus !!!!!

Ok so I'm getting pretty annoyed now. Ive been at the same weight for umm 4 weeks now, to the exact! Ahhhhhhhhh!!! And I've not changed anything, I'm still eating well, exercising daily ( level 2 of 30 day shred) I guess my body has become used to it.,!

What's the quickest way to get off a plateau? I don't have much time to do any more exercise, shall I cut back on eating although tbh I only average around 1200 cals a day! So don't want to go lower?
 
Maybe you need to eat more. 1200 calories is only just enough when we dont exercise. But with exercise as well you need around 1500. if you exercise and dont eat enough calories your body stores fat. With the exercise your probably having less than 900 caloreis a day. Which isnt enough. try increasing the, but still eatting good food for one week while doing the same exercise and see what happens x
 
Simple maths is eat 1200 cals & burn 200 cals through shred your 1000cals therefore your under eating. this 1/2times a week shouldnt effect a loss however doing regular will.

your should be eating more, drink more water & shck your body do lv 1&2 straight after.
I stalles for over 12wks myself.

Ok what do u mean suck body to do level 1&2? U mean 40 mins instead x
 
I meant shock sorry lol.

Yeah do 40mins, everyone different some bodies get use to things quicker than others why recommended to shake things up every 6 weeks.
