Another Private Scan. UPDATE

After the scare I had last week with my fluid leaking and the NHS refusing to do a scan till the 28th my other half decided to pay for another private scan.

We opted for a anomaly scan since the NHS couldn't get that right either. My little miracle is just perfect, she is Defo a she, there's no mistaking it she's growing well and everything is healthy. Shes weighing 15oz right now just 1oz short of a pound, I think she may be a little chunk
She's surrounded by lots of fluid so that's great news. She was being a little monkey though and wouldn't turn over so we have to go back on Tuesday so they can check her heart properly and her face.

My mind is at rest now, I can relax. She's not even here yet but I love her sooooo much already

Here's a very strange looking picture of our little lady waving. Her eye sockets and nose bone.

Glad to read this scan went well. Both my twins were in the position that your girl was at my 20 week scan, they made me go for a walk and by then twin2 had turned round, but the other refused and we had to go back a week later. I then drank some cold orange juice which is supposed to get them moving and it did work! X

Had my rescan today since baby wouldn't turn over on Saturday. She was very well behaved today her heart is beating and everything has formed perfectly. Her face is just beautiful. They shown us her in 4D for free, we didn't even ask. She was chewing when they put it in 4D, it made me cry! Was so magical to see. I love her very much

I honestly can't recommend them enough. If anyone lives in the West Midlands UK area and you are thinking about having a private scan MUMS in solihul is the place to go. They are a little more expensive that other places but they are just amazing
