Another question about gaviscon.

Sorry, another one!!
For those of you whose LO are on gaviscon - has it affected their stools? Oliver's have turned into what closely resembles shortbread dough. It is quite dry and crumbly. I think he is a bit constipated with it. I will ask the HV when I go this afternoon,but just wondered if anyone else has experienced it.
I'm wondering if he is getting too much and I should perhaps reduce his dose.

Gaviscon can make some babies constipated. HV recommend giving an oz of cooled boiled water to ease it

I know jacob goes through phases some days its hard others its soft and this varies how much gaviscon he has had XxX

Yeah try some cooled boiled water. I offer Ollie it between feeds and his poos are fine. Hope Oliver's ok xxx
