is it ok to puree cooked frozen veg or does it need to be fresh?

Yes it's ok to use frozen veg, puree it, then re-freeze it. In some cases it's probably better looking at the state of veg from Tescos at times.

I'll use fresh veg mostly but I'm going to use frozen peas, cauliflower & broccolli, now I know Lewis likes them.

yep i too think frozen veg is fine, often it contains a good amount of nutrients as it is frozen so quickly thus retaining all the nutrients x
