I don't have experience with this brand and pictures can be deceiving. But, the test line looks to be fainter than the control line. If so then it is not positive quite yet. If you can do another test in the early morning.

It's confusing because half the line looks darker than the control, then it fades to being lighter on the other half of the line. It looks a bit darker at about 10 minutes though so i'm thinking positive...
