Antenatal classes - Yes or no!

i went to 1 and was disappointed, the MW was shite, had no idea what she was talking about an i had to sit on a plastic chair for 2 an a half hours and listen to questions!!!!

Shame you had a bad experience, the midwife that did ours was great.. gave us loads of information and we all walked (waddled) around lol.

unfortunately we don't know which topics are dealt with in which class.

otherwise we could pick the ones we think make sense.

nappy changing, I really don't need to learn as I was changing my siss already when I was 11

but we will def go to the next one.

I think the classes are fun because you meet other pregnant couples. Plus you get useful information of course.

My MW told me yesterday they will do mini classes with me for the breathing

im planning on going as i've never had a child and besides they dont cost me a thing-- and here they give out free stuff (supposedly) but mine dont start til begining of january as i;m due in february
