Antihistamines and CM

Those of you who must take an antihistamine daily how do you keep your CM from drying out? I have to take an antihistamine daily basis or I'll suffer from allergies. I have preseed. What are other options to keep your CM from drying up?

I find green tea (decaffeinated) helps! I have to take allergy meds daily as well, and the green tea helps. Just a cup a day usually.

Again, I can offer no advice but I'm in the same boat. I have such bad heyfever there is no way I could manage without antihistamines from April - September! I have never experienced much CM but never even attributed it to the drugs! I've just taken to using Concieve+ , hopefully that will help..!?
