I haven't had to worry about mat leave either. My work made me redundant a week before we found out about LO. Luckily one my old bosses from years ago has given me a job on a month by month basis. It was kind but I miss out on the 6 weeks at 90% and I'm straight onto the government Maternity allowance. I need to work for as long as possible.

Oh well, I get my LO anyway...and I'll just have to save my pennies while I'm working!!!!

hey all...havnt been online for ages...wow cant beleive iv only 15 weeks left and guess what.....im on team pink!!!! :) im so excited cant wait to meet my little princess!!
hope everyones pregnancys are going well! i love watching my big bump move and kick its so amazing...has any one started leaking milk yet? i havent just wondering lol

I updated you on the chart. congrats and welcome to team pink. I started leaking last week. However I have leaked early with all three, so I didn't expect anything different this time around. :)
 
hi girls. I hope all you have a wonderful holiday. I know in my house we are getting excited about Christmas.

This is my last week in the 2nd tri. I can't believe that it is going by so fast. When I move over next week I will post a new topic for April Mummies/mommies. I'll post the link here after I have it done. I have enjoyed spending the last 12 weeks with you girls. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for giving me something to do when I got bored. There are 3 girls that have scans between now and the end of the month. at the beginning of January the girls that have not found out their baby's gender I'll just mark as team yellow and if they find out later and want me to change it I will. I can't wait until we start having our little ones. if you want I'll make of list of birth dates when they are born if you want.

Once again have a wonderful holiday .
 
I started leaking around 20 weeks, but this is my 4th and i've leaked early each time.
 
Can't believe we are all going into third tri finally. Three weeks left for me!

I started leaking milk quite early with my first pregnancy, and after my son was born it took years (!) to completely stop. With this one, nothing so far.
 
It's scaring me slightly that April mummies are graduating into third tri!! I don't really feel like I've been in second tri for very long!! Maybe time will slow down now that Christmas is out of the way and I can start to feel prepared for our baby!
 
I am freakin out! I just realized I only have 3 more weeks and I'll be in third tri. I'm not ready :nope:

I know what you mean. It's going by so fast and as soon as you know it, we'll be in the final DAYS! :wacko:
 
Yeah, I don't know when that thought occured to me...but now all I can think about is all the things I still need and that I am not mentally prepared to take care of a baby yet. Wow I don't know why it's a big deal I've done it before but it was a loooooong time ago lol

Me too!!!
We gave away all our baby stuff long ago, so are pretty much starting over.
As soon as OH has a job again I'll be off down the shops to stock up.
