Any guesses? Here are a couple pics from my 12 week scan.

I didn't get any good nub pics but I saw it in the ultrasound...it was kinda in between. A bit up but more horizontal. I just learned of this nub theory thing right before my scan so I didnt know if I really knew what I was looking for.
