Hey Ladies :flower:

I'm ovulating today (08/06/14), would any one like to wait this out with me? Early tester/late tester, symptom spotter or not, doesn't matter but we can share it all.

We have been trying for #1 since Jan 2013. My test have been normal but OH has low count and motility.

By LTTTC I mean 1 yr and longer. Number of cycles doesn't matter because I know some ladies have really long ones.

1dpo today :happydance: This is going to be a loooong tww! :haha: When I'm hopeful for a cycle it's always a long tww. I'm gonna try to make it to 6dpo without testing :haha:

Hi lillytame,

I'd be happy to go through 2ww with you. I'm a total forum newbie. This is the first time I have ever posted on any site. I am currently on 4dpo, 1st month of BBT & 2nd month of agnus castus. I have never had a regular cycle. Usually 50 days + but last month was 44 days and ff has me at cd14 for ovulation!!

Hi honeybeartee, welcome to BnB :flower:

CD14 seems pretty early for such long cycles, I think FF may be just giving you the general average. I had long cycles my 1st year TTC and I always OV'd later and that's just what I've noticed with other ladies too. But temping will definitely help you figure that out, some times FF needs 3-4 cycles to really catch on to what's average for you :winkwink:

Have you thought about doing OPKs?

2dpo for me, feeling calm. I have some lingering ov soreness. I hope that means I popped a good egg :haha:

Hey lillytame,

I wouldn't believe that I ovulated only I saw a significant raise in my temps & had awful pains on the day. I think i'll consider doing the opk's if my cycles start to resemble something a bit more regular. I used a.c when I fell pregnant with my twin girls, it was my first month using it after 18mths TTC so was never sure if it was a coincidence or not.
Do you temp & use opk's?

I temped for the 1st year and I still use OPKs to confirm when I think OV is happening.

I've never used a.c because I didn't want to change my cycles only because my first year I was just coming off depo. I wanted to see if my body would even itself out. My cycles were some what long 34-38 days, usually OVd about CD18-26, 12 day LP. Then this year everything seems to have normalized I OV 16-18, 13-14 day LP. I did do one round of Clomid last year, but we think it's male factor, so we are concentrating on that. Will try IUI next year.

Are your twins identical? How many cycles have you been trying so far this time?

We've been trying for 3 cycles this time around. It took a long time to jump back in because the fear of it not happening was there but we decided we'd regret not trying and if it doesn't happen then so be it. We are extremely grateful for what we have.
Our girls are identical but to me they seem so different. We are very lucky.
How long have you been ttc?

20months, not one BFP :nope: My test have all come back normal but my OH has low count and motility. Next year we plan on moving to another state, that's when we'll pursue IUI, but for now just hoping and wishing it might happen naturally.

Congratulations on your girls, that's a dream of mine...to have twins :cloud9: How special.

Thank you. We really do feel so lucky. If you have to go down the iui route then you might just have your dreams come true

I don't know much about male fertility issues but I'd imagine that it would be easier to find a solution to than women's?
Do you expect bfn now or do you drive yourself crazy during the 2ww?

I don't know yet, only 2 dpo. Around 5dpo I'll start itching to take a test lol :haha: Or at least that's how it's been 15/20 cycles. There has only been the rare few that I managed to make it till AF arrived.

Hope about you? Hoping that a.c. worked the 1st time around again?

And to me, I don't think it's easier to find a solution for male factor, but it's easier to find the problem :haha:

This is my 2nd month with a.c so I'd be delighted if ff friends is right and I have ovulated and so early too.
I'll be the same as you, knowing the chances are slim but after about 7dpo I'll be itching to do a test lol. It's like something else takes over in your brain, patience & practicality just leaves the building!! Lol
I bought a stash of hpt's yesterday, cheap ones from the euro shop but I figure if it's gonna be a bfp then the price of the test shouldn't make a difference. That's my theory at 4dpo, it could be a whole different ball game by the time 10dpo gets here

The word I needed to use there was rationality not practicality!! See, the hormones are taking over already and it's only 4dpo lol

Well I guess it's not practical to keep wasting tests when we know they are most likely going to be neg :haha: What symptoms did you have with your twins?

I was so so ill, I had hyperemisis.
Because I was so irregular before the twins I had to have a scan to find out how far along I was. When we got the conception date we worked out that my 1st symptom started 7/8dpo, diarrhea (sorry tmi) and then constant nausea that turned in to vomitting. I got a bfn, 2 weeks later I was still extremely sick and thought I would do another test before going to the doctor to find out what was wrong & got my bfp, because ivf was in the pipeline at that stage I had given up hope of it happening naturally so it came as a bit of a shock, it was a euro shop test & all the shops were closed so we had to wait till the next morning for more tests, 5 bfp later I went to the doctors & they confirmed it. My first scan was 4 weeks later & I was 8 weeks & we found out there were 2 :cloud9: we felt like we had won the lotto.

Awww, I've heard hyperemesis is common with girls and you had two! :haha: I get a lot of the early preggo symptoms, but since I've obviously not been pregnant I now know what my tww progesterone symptoms are. So I always say when something is different from my usual then I'll know it's my BFP coming!

3dpo today:coffee: We are still so early! :haha: Next week things will start getting good for us

You'll prob get your BFP when you least expect it and then spend a small fortune on HPT just to make sure it's right lol
Last month I had symptoms that I never have before AF & was convinced that AC worked it's magic again, did 4 tests, obsessed or what. Think I'll try be a bit more patient this time, we'll try anyway  I have the same symptoms starting again now, just 1 sore breast & mild achey feeling.
What sort of symptoms do you get?

One of the BnB ladies I follow got a very impressive light BFP on 6dpo, then it went away! It came back around 12-13dpo or so but faintly. AF ended up coming. We don't know what the heck was up with those test or if she had a chem, but I'm trying to keep that situation in mind to encourage me not to test early :nope: I think if I have a chem, I don't want to know about.

Symptoms for my TWWs have been dizziness, nausea, sore bbs all over and on the sides including an annoying burning sensation, cramps, metallic taste, sensitive to smells, no cm, lots of lotiony cm. Ummmm, that's all I can think of. But just about anything that would make you go "maybe I should goggle that" :haha: One new sign for me would be mid tww spotting, I think if I saw that I'd swear it was IB and lose my mind  The way I examine my tp is quite insane  :haha:

Wow, I think that is every possible early preg symptom I've heard of. I would be insane, not to mention poor from buying hpt.
Last month I had spotting at cd 24 & 25 & then again at cd39, right up until AF. It was the first time I had sore bbs too since my last pregnancy. My phone was over heating from searching google so much :haha: I know now it was just the AC starting to mix things up a bit so this time the sore bbs aren't sending me too crazy... Yet
Do you mind me asking what age you are?

34 at the end of the month shhhhhhh lol

Yea, the 1st yr and honestly part of this year those symptoms would make me hopeful, but I think I've come to just accept those are natural for me in the tww.
