Any moms with piercings/tattoos/mods out there?

I was searching my sheets for the ball out of one of my cbr earrings a few minutes ago and had a thought. I wondered if there were any other moms or ttc-ers here who had piercings, tattoos, or other body mods!

I have 14 holes punched in myself, mostly my ears! No tattoos or other mods.

- 1 industrial in each ear (one bar piercing the top of my ear twice)
- 2 regular sized piercings in each ear lobe
- 1 6ga plug in each ear lobe
- tongue
- navel
- nips

I was planning to take out my nipple rings after I finally have a kid so that I could breastfeed. Does anyone have any experience breastfeeding after removing nipple piercings? I've read that it usually either has no effect, or that it makes it easier because milk can start to come out of those holes (lol). But I have never gotten a personal opinion on it.

Let's hear it ladies, and I hope I'm not the only weirdo here!

Ears pierced & 1 musical tattoo on ankle.
I did have my tragus pierced but I took that out when I got to 22 as I think it's a 'young' piercing.

Nothing else for me - when baby gets here I may get initials or name tattooed somewhere.

Woah! I am boring, just a nose ring and a really crap tramp stamp tattoo from when I was a rebellious 14 year old Used to have my belly button, lip and ears pierced but they all closed up. Really want to get another tattoo though, but I am saving up until I can afford to have a really high quality one, I want an indian-style drawing of an elephant either on my back or the top of my thigh.

I've had many piercings but only got my nose, tragus and top ear left.
I've had my lip done twice and eyebrow done three times. Had my bellybutton done too but that grew out.

I've got three tattoos, one on my foot an indian design from bottom of my big toe to y ankle..I've got a small lower back one and I've got a big angel kneeling on my shoulder

Ive got both wrists, upper right arm, lower back and upper back tattooed, ive got my lip pierced aswell but have taken out all my other piercings as I tend to get reactions to piercings! Im planning a tattoo for baby at the moment and looking forward to getting more ink!

I'm 23. I've never heard of a 'young' piercing, lol. I was thinking about getting my tragus done, but I sometimes have a hard time sleeping on my ears as it is.

A tattoo at 14! I wouldn't call that 'boring'! "Not a good idea", maybe. I think it would be cool on your back. I could never get a tattoo. Too permanent! I'd decide I hated it probably within two years. At least I can remove the piercings. How is your nose pierced? Just on the nostril, or is it your septim?

The foot tattoo sounds neat! I heard that's a really painful place to get tattooed. Do you have any scarring from having your eyebrow pierced that many times?

Heh, I know what you mean about the reactions to piercings. When I worked retail, I had an old lady almost faint at my counter because I tucked my bangs back and she saw my ears. What other piercings did you have?

I have no piercings anymore, kind of sad. At one point I had two in each ear, nose, and tongue. But they've all been taken out, mostly due to laziness.

I have both of my feet and wrists tattooed. I want more (something for my LO and something for my dear puppy!) but I'm not sure what/where yet. Too broke to get any done anyway.

I've always wanted my tongue done but think its too short (nd wud hurt lol) hv only had my ears pierced twice.

Haha! Sometimes I feel lazy with mine too. I'll go months with nothing in the two regular-sized holes in each earlobe, then freak out because I don't want them to grow up and poke an earring back through them.

For me, getting my tongue pierced didn't hurt at all! It was the next three days that I couldn't eat that were pretty bad. But I survived on liquids through a straw, and after three days it was completely healed up. I got mine pierced farther back than people normally get it because I didn't want it to hit my teeth too much. As a result, no one knows I have it unless I want them to, even when I'm wearing neon green balls on it. lol

Yeah, I have got scarring from the first one cos it got snagged at the hairdressers and never recovered :-not too bad though I dont really notice it.

Top of the foot is quite painful I must admit, and it needs redoing but I have put it off for quite some time due to the pain and pregnancy lol x

OW! That sounds really painful! My eyebrow hurts now, and mine's not even pierced!

I have ears pierced, have had lip, tongue, eyebrow and belly button pierced but all have been taken out. My tongue because I ALWAYS swallowed the ball, my lip because I had it done without my parents permission and they made me take it out (was 15 and pierced it myself with the help of a friend), my eyebrow because it got infected and my belly button came out with this pregnancy. My OH hates facial piercings so won't be getting eyebrow or lip redone (even though I really want my lip done) but will be getting my belly button done again.

I also have 1 tattoo at the moment and have like 5 more that are all designed and ready to be put on me I just need to find the money lol x

I'd like more tattoos but they r expensive nd my OH doesn't exactly approve. I didn't tell my parents wen I got my 1st tattoo, I was 18 tho

I have my ear lobes pierced, and my tragus. I've also got one tattoo on my back. I did also have more piercings at one point: belly button, cartilage (twice), nose (twice but not at the same time) and rook.

I only swallow a ball from my tongue ring about once a year or so. My DH hates facial piercings too, which is a shame, because for the longest time I was considering getting my labret piercied.

I've my tongue done since 2007 in my first semester of college, and my dad still doesn't know even though I wasn't living at their home when I got it and haven't lived there since. Haha. He would just freak out.

Haha, the nose does hurt! That, or the rook was the most painful I've ever had done. And it makes an awful popping/scratching noise. I didnt even realise what the noise was until the piercing artist said it was my nose. And its so sore for ages, and mine got infected both times.

I dont think I'd be able to get my nipple done. I imagine that would be so sore! And I tend to sleep on my front, so that would be uncomfortable. I'm such a baby, I'd have just kept it crooked :')

Four tattoos, six piercings, few modifications. Nothing spectacular.

Oh and I sat through having a 'prison tattoo' done. You know when someone does it with just a needle and a pot of ink? Took two hours and only lasted a few weeks

Mine were always falling off and by the time it was happening once a week when my LO was 2 months old I decided I was too tired to keep faffing around with it and just took it out. I was always so terrified of swallowing a ball!
