any one else planning on what birth you want 'next time around'

I had a emcs after getting cholestasis and a failed induction....personally, I am now afriad to have a natural birth and I am hoping that I get to have a csection next time. I am probably alone in this opinion as most women obviously want to experience giving birth but I am now doubtful I could handle the pain of it all.

I'm 32 weeks pregnant with no.2 and still can't decide what I want! My first was undetected breech and I was rushed off after 12 hours of labour and 4-5cm dilated. Babys heartrate dipped after the spinal went in (60bpm) and the worried looks on their faces terrified me. She was fine though and very little at 5lb 2oz. This baby will have growth scans starting next week. He feels bigger and stronger. The thought of pushing him out frightens me. My mum had awful births. I'm 5'2 so not huge. I keep changing my mind every day. The biggest thing I worry about is how I will look after my 2.5 year old if I have a c section. OH is very dedicated to work and probably won't help out for long.
