Any one spotted a week before by using Maca

Hi am new to this blog, I was in another blog there am not getting much reply, I guess here people will respond. Am TTC for 12 months without success I have endometriosis. I have regular period and ovulation but not pregnant yet. Am taking royal jelly plus beepollan and maca. Next week is my due but am spotting today, that's my period or implantation dunno yet or that maca changed my regular period.

Hello. Honestly no one can really answer this question for you. It could be implantation or just spotting because you had a dip in your progesterone levels, really no one can tell. Implantation bleeding is only something that can be confirmed in hindsight. As you are at the TTC 12 month mark I suggest going to a specialist if you are able. Sorry for your troubles.
