I was wondering if there’s any runners out there who are really struggling to keep up with it? I’m normal a decent runner and do 5kms in 22mins -I love my work outs.
This is my 4th pregnancy (yikes!!) and I’ve run throughout all the others. I don’t remember the first trimester effecting my runs that much.
But this pregnancy I’m a mess. I’m only 7 weeks but since 4 weeks I’ve been so out of breath when running and my legs have felt so heavy.
Is this normal? I’m listening to my body and slowed down but I’m missing my fitness!
