Any tall ladies out there? When did you start showing?

I am a FTM, 5'9" and 16w4d and not showing AT ALL. It feels a little bit harder above my pelvic bone, but when I suck in my belly I can't see a damn thing. I know tall women and FTMs take longer to show but it just seems strange to me! I had an ultrasound last week so I know there's a baby in there.

Any similar experiences?

I'm your same height, and I didn't really have a bump until 20 weeks. By the end of the day during weeks 16-19 I would look bloated a little bit but it was not a baby bump. Even now at 21 weeks my belly pokes out a tiny bit in the morning...and just grows as the day goes on. The condition of your ab muscles also has something to do with it. I do feel better when she pops out, like I'm not dealing with my stomach in my lungs.

Yes, I've read things like that elsewhere. It just seems strange to me!

I'm not skinny either -- before I got pregnant, my BMI was at the top end of "normal weight" and I tend to carry my extra weight on my stomach. I've also got a long torso and wide hips, so I'm wondering if that's got something to do with it?

I guess if this saves me from a huge uncomfortable belly at the end I can't complain! (Fingers crossed!)

I'm the same height as you and with my first 2 pregnancies I think I was just starting to show at my 29 week scan but barely.

Third time round my uterus seemed to inflate the second I conceived lol!

6'1" here and STILL not really showing. The only time I show is when I eat a lot or wear tighter clothing. It's really weird knowing that there is a miniature baby in there right now and not having much to show for it.

Im bigger than my first but in my work dressed ppl cnt even see im pregnant !!

I am 5'11 and showing at 15weeks. This is however my 5th pregnancy.
I didn't show early with number 1,2 or 4.

I'm 5'10'', quite thin (normally), and didn't show until I was well into the 2nd half of my pregnancy with my first. This one (2nd), however, I popped at around Week 16-17...

Still not very big though, as folks can't believe I'm pregnant. Bless their hearts, I feel like a bloated cow

let me tell you im not a very skinny girl but not overweight either. i didnt look pregnant until about 30 weeks. now into second pregnancy at 14 weeks i still dont feel much bigger
