Anybody else have LO on NICU at St Marys, Manchester?

Both my babas have been on nicu at St Marys (the new one), anybody else? or am i all alone at this end of the woods lol

You are not alone!!

Millie was born at Stepping Hill, but was transferred to St Mary's immediately asd they are more specialist at helping extreme preemies. She was at St mary's from 3rd Aug 2009 until 29th October, then she was stable enough to be transferred back to Stepping Hill. The staff at St Mary's were fabulous, I always felt that she was in safe hands there!

I am sure Marleysgirl will join the thread too as Andrew is a St Mary's graduate too x

yaay im not alone! I think i actually remember Marleys girl telling me Andrew was at st marys when Olivia was born! Olivia was born at St Marys and then moved to Tameside when she was stable enough. Grace was born at Tameside, and moved to St Marys for Broviac line surgery, then back to tameside then back to st marys for NEC and more surgery, back to tameside and then back to st marys! We have spent alot of time at St Marys, the vast majority of it in room 5, its a great hospital

You remember correctly - Andrew is a graduate of St Marys NICU, and returns every few months to the RMCH and MRI for his various appointments.
