Anybody know the medical term for this?

When you miscarry later on but you didnt know you were pregnant and the fetus never reabsorbed, so theres basically a mumified fetus inside your uterus. Ive read about it a couple of years ago but dont remember if there was a name for it. has anyone else heard of this and can tell me a name for it?

i read a story about this in take a break or the like. She was having trouble conceiving or something like that and they did loads of tests but couldn't find out why then this was discovered.
