anybody using Evening Primrose Oil??

thought Id start using it, had it in the cupboard anyway but seriously didn't really notice hardly any EWCM last cycle just more watery cm so thought id try it. anyone else using it? is it good? xxx

hey there, it gave me great ewcm but it shortened my cycle by 4 days and af showed up with really bad cramps that i dont usually get.
im trying to take a smaller dose this cycle

ohh a short cycle that would be good in my case as my last cycle was 42days!! what dosage are you taking mine are 1000mg I think x
