hey all been using persona monitor for ages but was away at the weekend and started my period but didn't restart cycle until yesterday but now i can't get the day to change to day 5 instead of day 1 i got it to change a few months ago but now i dunno how to do it lol i keep pressing the 'm' button and it goes back to day 33 lol...
any help be great can't find anything in the help manual
