I agree with blessedlife. The tubes are vital for conception to take place naturally. The egg has to go into the tube to get fertilized by sperm, and the tubes are then what moves the egg down into the uterus. With no tubes at all, none of this can occur. Some women have conceived after being told they had blocked tubes, but in that case the blockage was either only temporary or they were mistakenly diagnosed as blocked. But if you have no tubes at all, there is no chance without IVF.
The good news is that with IVF, your chances should be the same as if you had tubes as long as you have no other issues.
